Who Is Sara Love Brown?

After over 12 years working as a registered nurse in the ICU I have seen our population get more sick, more unhealthy, and more unable to perceive a life embodying wellness and vitality that is our natural state of being.

My passion for wellness was kindled when I took my first nutrition class, leading me to earn my B.S. in Clinical Nutrition at the University of California, Davis. While there I realized I wanted to more directly and compassionately care for people and began taking prerequisites for nursing school. The following year after graduating I began an accelerated second bachelor's degree program in nursing at the University of Arizona.

The depth, intensity, and traumatic nature of my career has been one of the greatest sources of personal growth and transformation that I have ever known.

I returned to California in 2014 after earning a certification as a Critical Care RN. In 2015 I completed yoga teacher training and in 2016 began teaching and traveling the world exploring other cultures. The growing disparity between the western healthcare system and the increased societal sickness and separateness was growing louder and louder. I was also becoming incredibly sensitive to the healthcare workforce that had become so palpably bitter, traumatized and buried under strain and burnout.

In 2019 I had my first experiences with Sananga, Rapé, Kambo,

and other plant medicines that have significantly impacted me.

The pandemic further drove me to pursue other wellness methodologies. I completed a certification course to become an Integrative Health Practitioner through Dr. Stephen Cabral, creator of EquiLife; a health coaching program blending functional, naturopathic, holistic and ayurvedic principles. In my professional career I deeply felt the call to transition from caring for the sick by medicating and bandaiding their symptoms, to going deeper to finding the root cause of illness and dis-ease and restoring balance and equilibrium to the body. I want to facilitate interventions for people BEFORE they end up as my patient in the ICU.

From the sick care system, to the wellness seeking path.

I felt purified.

As my connection to natural healing grew I made the decision to commit to Kambo practitioner

training with Tribal Detox. This program has further radically activated me

on this path of facilitating true and natural wellness for myself and others.

So Who Am I?

I am someone that cares passionately about health, wellness and vitality and each

person's absolute ability to access that state of being.

I am someone who has sought and found many alternative approaches to wellness in this world that have reshaped what I thought I knew about healthcare. With a leg in western medicine and a leg in alternative/world medicine, I can see a role for both but have cultivated an immense appreciation for the powerful medicinal substances and experiences found naturally and ancestrally all over this world.

I am someone who has found another way, another path, another bright and beautiful luminescence that I deeply and humbly want to share with those also wanting to step forward towards optimal natural wellness.

MY MISSION

To be free. To liberate myself and others from the unsatisfying cycles and false systems that have trapped us within them.

I have created Moksha Natural Wellness in order to offer the most true path towards health and vitality that I have ever known. My background in western health and critical care, combined with my pursuit of functional medicine principles and holistic and naturopathic healing modalities has culminated in a diverse field of knowledge to share with those also on the path towards true health, radical healing and complete wellness optimization. I truly want to bridge the gap between these fields while offering a safe and nurturing atmosphere for people to heal, to grow and to thrive.

From my heart to yours, I am here for you.
